Sasakawa Nigeria, under Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA) a not-for-profit Non-governmental Organization, has completed the Training of Trainers exercise of 21 Extension Agents (TAs), Community-Based Facilitators and Commodity Trainers/traders.
In a post on its Facebook page on Wednesday, the Sasakawa Nigeria explained that the was in collaboration with the Gombe State Agricultural Development Program for the 2023 farming season.
The NGO disclosed that no fewer than 38 TAs had already received training in Nassarawa state.
It added that Jigawa and Kano states are next on the line to receive the training.

“21 Extension Agents (TAs), Community-Based Facilitators and Commodity Trainers/traders have successfully completed the Training of Trainers exercise in collaboration with the Gombe state Agricultural Development Program for the 2023 farming season. With 38 EAs already trained in Nasarawa State, Jigawa & Kano are next!,” the post reads.
