The outgoing Managing Director, Kano state housing corporation, Arc Nuraddeen Zubair, has described his stewardship under the administration of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as a success.
In a statement by Muhammad Dahir Idris,
Director Public Relations and Enlightenment the MD scored Governor Ganduje high in terms of infrastructural development in the state.
He said the the MD made the remark while handing over the mantle of leadership of the outfit in compliance with directive by the state government.

Arc. Zubair outlined successes recorded during his tenure, which he attributed it to the zeal and commitment of Ganduje.
He said recently, the corporation had supervised the construction of about 500 units of houses tagged Teachers Eeserved a’Area, which was undertaken by Kano state government in collaboration with Family Home Abuja.
He added that the corporation had upgraded its shops along zoo road and Tarauni via what it called Private Partnership Developers, for revenue generation enhancement, in addition to beautification of the city.
The outgoing Managing Director, however explained that the administration of Governor Ganduje had provided the corporation with a piece of L’land at Zara village for construction of Houses, in addition to ensuring good welfare of the staffers and prompt payment of salaries and allowances.
He then thanks the entire staff of the corporation for their contribution toward his successful tenure and charged them to extend same to his successor.
Speaking shortly after receiving the mantle of leadership of the corporation,the legal adviser and corporation’s secretary , Barrister Dalhatu Yusif Dad, commended the former managing director for his outstanding performance,and solicited the continued support of all and sundry in the outfit to enable him move the organisation forward.
