The Nigerian National Petroleum Company, NNPC, Limited has just confirmed the change in the prices of petroleum in the country.
BizPoint reports that the pronouncement by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that fuel subsidy is gone at his inauguration on Monday sparked fuel crisis in the country as the product is sold above N500 at most filling stations amidst long queues nationwide.
The NNPCL however confirmed the increment in the price in a statement by Garba Deen Muhammad, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, NNPC Ltd. Abuja on Wednesday.
