When the Chairman/CEO of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON, Barr. Zikrullah Kunle Hassan announced at the 2023 Hajj inaugural flight ceremony in Abuja, that Nigerian pilgrims will be served local meal during this year’s Hajj, the information must put a smile on the face of Bilkisu Suleman Amin.

Mrs Amin, the Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of L and B KITCHEN, MATBAKH ZAHRA ALMASHAIR KITCHEN and AMZASUK TRAVEL AND TOURS is in Saudi Arabia waiting to serve the guest of Allah from Nigeria with delicious and nutritious meals.

Mrs Amin’s restaurant, Matbakh Zahra Almashair’s, which has a branch in Saudi Arabia, has a rich menu that contains all sort of traditional and exotic cuisines that would make Nigerian pilgrims forget home while in Saudi Arabia for holy exercise.

L and B KITCHEN offers catering services in two ways:

1. On-Premise Catering: This type of catering involves catering done within the kitchen and food preparation areas of a venue. Typically, this means the food for your event is prepared and served on-site. Food preparation may take place in whole or in part at the venue of the event

This type of catering frequently entails the preparation of food in a central kitchen, followed by delivery to and service at the client’s location.
