The Technical Adviser of Wikki Tourists football club of Bauchi state, Abdu Maikaba has voluntarily resigned as manager.
In a telephone interview on Monday evening, Maikaba informed BizPoint that he has decided to quit the job due to some problems that had compelled him to take the decision.
The former Akwa United tactician however told this newspaper that the management of the club is yet to accept the resignation, but he had stood his ground to leave the club.

Maikaba is parting ways with the Giant Elephant in his second after he aided the club to promotion to Nigeria Premier Football League, NFL.
